Sarah Hulbert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville where she earned both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Social Work.
Sarah has worked in community mental health settings and has experience providing individual, family, and group counseling services. She has experience working with diverse populations, including adolescents and adults, to address a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and life transitions.
Sarah’s clinical practice is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and her belief in the transformative power of holding space for clients. She creates a safe and supportive environment where she works with her clients to identify their personal goals and desired outcomes for counseling. Using evidence-based approaches Sarah guides her clients on their journey of growth, self-discovery, and healing.
