Jill Engelmann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois. She graduated from McKendree College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a Master's degree in Social Work.
Jill has been working in the behavioral health field for 20 years and has primarily worked in community mental health settings. She has experience working with individuals, families, groups, and couples to address many different issues including depression, anxiety, stress, anger, self-esteem, relationship issues, and other life transitions.
She strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. Her approach integrates different therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Motivational Interviewing to create a personalized and effective treatment plan for each individual.
Jill knows how difficult it can be to engage in the therapy process but hopes to make it as comfortable and as easy as possible. She looks forward to partnering with new clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth. If you have any questions or are ready to take the first step, please feel free to reach out.
